You open your eyes and notice something is slightly different from every other day. You turn over and look at the clock and notice it is 7:30 A.M., you must have forgotten to set your alarm last night. You get up and out of bed, get dressed and brush your teeth in the bathroom. As you are about to step out of your room you realize your door will not open, as if it was locked from the outside. You run over to the window and open the blinds only to find that your house is no longer where it used to be. Your house is now underwater, as if some giant picked it up and dropped it into the ocean.
You receive a text from your spouse asking where you are but also a text from an unknown number telling you not to answer your spouse

- You text the unknown number back
You decide to listen to the unknown person and not try to text your spouse. You instead reach out to the unknown person asking them to reveal themselves. It takes a couple minutes but finally they answer, they say they go by “Zilla.” and that they are a doctor from an unknown facility in Antartica. Zilla goes on to tell you that you are actually with them at the facility, just in a preservation tube. They tell you that there is a computer somewhere within your room that you can use to undo the system at any time, however finding the computer could be very difficult as it is well hidden. Zilla says that in order for you to find it, you must answer a riddle that they send you via text. The riddle comes through and says “A man goes upstairs in his house to grab his time machine, then goes back downstairs and travels back in time 200 years. Why did he go downstairs?”

- You answer: “Because the house would not have been there 200 years ago, making a nasty fall for the man”
A few minutes later you get a phone call from another unknown number, you answer it and it’s your mother. You can hear the pain in her voice as she cuts in and out, however you can not decipher the entire message. After you hang up you notice something is different in your room, everything is backwards. The TV is facing the wall, the bed is upside down, nothing could possibly make sense of it. “What is going on?” you ask yourself. Then *buzz-buzz* you get another text from Zilla. Zilla says that you should not have answered the phone call, that it could trap you in the tank for even longer and that time was running out to find the computer. Finally, Zilla ends the message by saying, “You need to hurry, or else they will find you.”

- You ask Zilla “What is going on and how do I find the computer?”
Zilla answers and says that they can not help to find the computer, but to explore the darkest secrets kept in the room to find it.

- You turn the closet around and check it.
You open the closet and find a skeleton inside. The skeleton is holding a small slip of paper, and a weird, alien like gun. You take both out and read the paper just to find that it was a last second note written, “They have found me, I waited here for hours trying to find the computer, but I couldn’t look far enough in the past. This gun they gave me is no use, they know exactly what it is, how it works, and how to stop it from hurting them. If you are reading this, check the past. Find what they are looking for, before it’s too late.” You run over to the window again to see what could possibly be coming from out there, you notice something swimming around off in the distance. A very vague but large group of creatures. You notice there is an old painting of your ancestors behind the curtain next to the window. As you pick up the painting you hear a loud screech come from outside the window. You see several fish-like people swarming towards your house and get another text from Zilla. “You found it! The computer was hidden in the past but you found it! Quick get out of there before they get to you!” You can not quite figure out how a painting is a computer but you notice the alien-like gun that you found has begun to glow and hiss as if building up energy. It’s almost too late, the fish people are swarming your house and about to break in.

- You shoot the gun at the painting
You close your eyes and shoot the gun at the painting, and all of a sudden open your eyes again to see yourself floating inside a tube. The tube opens, and a large man greets you, he introduces himself as Zilla. He then informs you that the computer you found in the simulation was a key part to their research, and that the fish-like people now can’t stand a chance against them. Congratulations, you have finished the game and saved the world from Fish People.
