AHHHHH MIDTERMS

Here we are again, college students everywhere know what time of year it is; Midterm time. For a lot of people midterms can be extremely stressful and just a rough time. Some people are lucky and do not have any midterms, but others however, have multiple tests and essays due throughout the week.

Depending on your major, you may or may not be pulling all-nighters this week and I am creating this blog post to remind you all that all-nighters are actually very counteractive. You believe that staying up and not sleeping just to study and cram is going to help, when realistically you are actually retaining less information. Its been proven that taking small breaks from studying and just getting a simple laugh with some friends, or even just taking a small nap after studying is very beneficial to studying.

If you don’t believe me, do some research on the topic. I did some of my own and its helped me study for my midterms a ton so far this week. Also here is a video of ways to relieve stress during midterms just in case some of you need it too!
